This page provides links to CCCApply administration controls for Student Services staff. 

A login is required to access each system. If you need a login, please have your supervisor email helpdesk@sbcc.edu. 
 

 

Report Center

 

 

Administrator

Access to:

  • Application lookup
  • Print full application

To view incoming applications:

  1. Log in to Report Center
  2. Go to View > Repository
  3. Click the "Santa Barbara City" folder in the left menu
  4. Click "New Applicant Dashboard".

Recommended: keep the dashboard window open as you work. It will auto-update every 5 minutes.

Access to:

  • Reset applications for download
  • Edit terms, majors, email notifications, and college information.
  • Add/edit/delete users in Administrator and Report Center.
