Dr. Daniel J. Siegel to speak on campus Feb. 28
Dr. Daniel Siegel is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine and the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA. A New York Times best-selling author of such books as “Brainstorm,” “Aware,” and “Mindsight,” he is also the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute which focuses on how the development of mindsight in individuals, families and communities can be enhanced by examining the interface of human relationships and basic biological processes.
WHAT: General talk, open to the public. Free books (“Mindsight” or “Aware”) will be given
to the first 50 people to arrive.
