Assessment Center

Math and English assessment tests are no longer required.

SBCC uses multiple measures, including high school grade point average, coursework, and specific grades for placement into Math & English courses that are not English as a Second Language courses.

This data was collected when you applied to the college. If we do not have your high school information, you will need to submit a supplemental form (see step #4 below). If you feel you mis-reported your high school data on your application you can email a copy of your transcript to to see if your placement levels need to be updated. 

To look up your Math and English placements:

  1. Log onto your Pipeline account
  2. Under the STUDENT tab, click on STUDENT RECORDS
  4. If we don't have a placement for you, please click on the HIGH SCHOOL DATA FORM (link in Pipeline) to submit the information required for placement

ESL Assessment
