Helpdesk
The IT Helpdesk is the main point of contact for the Information Technology Division. The Helpdesk supports both SBCC staff and faculty with computer problems or questions Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. You can contact the helpdesk at x2215 or via email at ithd@sbcc.edu
To request a Workorder, email your problem or concern or access needs to helpdesk@sbcc.edu and a Workorder will be automatically created and assigned to one of the IT staff for you.
