SBCC Helpdesk is the main point of contact for the Information Technology Division, for use by Staff and Faculty. SBCC Helpdesk supports both SBCC Staff and Faculty with technical problems or questions Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. To request a Workorder (Staff and Faculty only), go to our TechCenter Workorder System to submit a work order. A workorder will be assigned to IT staff for prompt resolution.

Troubleshooting Suggestions - 10/9/17
Your computer has no network or internet? Here are some things to try:
1. On the back of your phone are three cables. Unplug the middle (network) cable which
will turn your phone off. Reseat the connector after a few seconds, and give your
phone up to a minute to boot. That should restore your connection to the network.
Didn't work? Try this second option:
2. Shut your computer off. In the back of the CPU is an ethernet cable that looks like a phone jack. Unplug the cable, leave out for a few seconds, then reseat the cable. Boot your machine, log in, and check your connections to see if you have network and internet connection.
