OUR PROCESS

Our four-step approach is widely respected and often imitated. We demand excellence in the accomplishment of each step. We know that you expect nothing less. 1 Step One: ASSESSMENT

Your community college customized training professional works with you to review and validate your business and health care workforce needs. The gaps between actual and desired performance are identified, as well as the contributory factors. These factors become significant in developing your customized plan.

Common factors curtailing performance success have been recognized to include:

Employee skills or knowledge gaps Workplace environment Motivation and incentive offerings Management expectations

2 Step two: DEVELOPMENT

Assessment findings are then reviewed with you to acknowledge the next course of action. Using the most advanced methods, a personalized strategic program is developed to support your business needs.

3 Step Three: IMPLEMENTATION

It's time for action. Your community college customized training professional works closely with your staff to ensure the implemenation and application of your plan components. This step can include performance-based employee training, targeted consulting, the development of job aids, workplace redesign or a new offering inspired by your unique requirements.

4 Step Four: EVALUATION AND MEASUREMENT OF IMPACT

This is where theory becomes reality as you unveil the return on your investment. From reaction to results, our team of customized training professionals can assist you with the evaluation of your implementation plan and corresponding impact on employee performance.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT

It's no secret that improving work force performance in the health care industry will be the key to success in the new millennium. Your clients are living longer and growing older, while your work force is becoming more diverse.
