English Assessment Options
For fulfilling the English eligibility prerequisite
Completion of English 088 or 098 at SBCC or college level English that allows you to be eligible for English 110 Composition and Reading class. If you completed one of these at another regionally accredited college then please
fill out this form to request an evaluation by the transcript evaluation office (TEO). Link to form: sbcc.edu/teo/mathenglishform.php
For graduation from the program
Completion of English 110 at SBCC or it's equivalent at another regionally accredited college. If you completed the
equivalent course, then you need to send in official transcripts and fill out a form
to request to have the class evaluated by the transcript evaluation office (TEO). Link to form: sbcc.edu/teo/mathenglishform.php
