*Starting January 1, 2022 children 5+ years old will need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test to attend indoor events on campus.

SBCC will be transitioning to a new and improved health screening survey platform, Cleared4, for the start of the Spring 2022 semester on January 10

This new platform will hold everything you will need to enter campus in one place – photo ID, vaccination card, survey pass, testing results and personal information.

If you are enrolled in the Spring semester

You will receive a welcome text or email message that is secure, private and personal, which will open your Cleared4 interface. Please keep an eye out for an email from no-reply@cleared4work.com or a text message from (833) 635-1086. Once you receive your private link, follow the Cleared4 instructions on the screen to input your personal information and fill out your daily health screening. Once you have received your cleared pass, find a check-in table near you to get your wristband.

If you are a visitor to campus

Visit a check-in table and show a vaccination card or negative COVID-19 PCR Test (taken within 72 hours). Visitors will also need to complete a Cleared4 visitor pass at the check-in table in order to receive a wristband and enter SBCC facilities.

N95/KN95 Face coverings and wristbands are required indoors and in all classes.

Students, employees and visitors will be required to leave the facilities for non-compliance.

If you have any issues, please contact our COVID Response Coordinators or visit a check-in table on-campus
