Stipend Request
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we will be accepting electronic Stipend Requests.
All faculty stipends must be Board approved regardless of amount.
Fully completed stipend request forms must be received in the Office of the EVP by 3:00 p.m. on the following dates to be placed on the board agenda for that month.
Please select one form below based on amount request, if you have a list (multiple Faculty members) with
the same: request amount, department, and status follow the instructions on the Electronic
Form.
