Transcripts Online
Santa Barbara City College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
Official transcripts cost $3.00 each. If you request priority processing, an additional $5.00 will be charged. A $2.25 processing fee will be added per recipient address in addition to the cost of the transcript*. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
Standard requests will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of request. Priority requests will be processed within 48 business hours after receipt of request. All transcripts are sent via first class mail.

*The first two official copies of student’s SBCC transcripts are free (regular processing only). However, if you choose to place your transcript order through National Student Clearinghouse the $2.25 processing fee will apply.
Note: Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to the college have been cleared.
