Official Transcript Requests
Santa Barbara City College has partnered with Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders via the Internet on a secured site. TranscriptPlus® will facilitate your request for up to five addresses at a minimal charge. You may order official academic transcripts anytime (day or night) online via the Student Portal. This service allows you to check the status of your transcript order and will communicate with you via email about your order. If you are uncomformtable placing an order over the internet, you may call Credentials, Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone. Please note, you can only pay by credit card.

Official Transcripts cost $3.00 each whether you are requesting standard postal mail
(5-7 business days), or electronic PDF delivery (Same Day). Additional fees may apply
for added delivery options. The first two official transcripts requested at SBCC are
free (Credentials handling charge applies).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to Santa Barbara City College have been cleared. Holds may be viewed in your Pipeline account. Questions about resolving financial holds should be directed to SBCC's Cashier's Office.
