Official Transcript Requests
Santa Barbara City College has appointed Credentials Solutions as the designated agent
for processing official transcript requests and responding to any inquiries on behalf
of Santa Barbara City College.
Current students and those with active Pipeline accounts: Log in to Pipeline to submit your request.
Former students without access to Pipeline: Click on the TranscriptsPlus image below to place your order. A signed authorization
form is required and must be returned to Credentials via fax or mail.

The first two official transcripts are free (Credentials handling charge applies).
To order a transcript and make a cash payment, you must visit Admissions & Records,
SS-110.
Frequently Asked Questions
Holds
Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to Santa Barbara City College have been cleared. Holds may be viewed in your Pipeline account. Questions about resolving financial holds should be directed to SBCC's Cashier's Office.
