The Santa Barbara City College Transfer Achievement Program (TAP) assists underrepresented students who are planning to transfer to a four-year college or university. We provide students with the necessary knowledge to ensure their successful transition from SBCC to a four-year institution.

- Students from low income families
- Undocumented/AB 540 students

Step 2: Learn about TAP by completing TAP's 1st Online Orientation
Step 3: Meet some of our TAP students (hoover over link)
Step 4: Fill out the Online Application (hoover over link)
