PROGRAM PAYMENTS

It is your responsibility to make the final program payment by the due date. Students who fail to make the final payment by the due date may be dropped from the program.

Tour Resource Consulants, our travel provider for this program, will provide you with a unique tour code, which will be established for this program. With this unique tour code, you can register securely online and make payments online at www.tourresource.com via credit card, debit card, or e-check, at no supplemental cost. Once registered, a secure members area will be created for this program, which is accessible only to registered members. Once logged in to the secure members area, you may view the updated itinerary and other important announcements and information about the tour. More details will be available shortly.

PROGRAM PAYMENTS.  You can make payments online at www.tourresource.com via credit card, debit card or e-check.  Please so not make any payments to the SBCC Study Abroad Office.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.  If you decide to withdraw from the program prior to departure, you must notify the Study Abroad Office and TRC in writing.  You may send an e-mail to sullwold@sbcc.edu and an e-mail to jim@tourresource.com. For TRC cancellation charges, please refer to their General Information and Conditions attached to the SBCC Application Procedures sheet. If you have made your own air travel arrangements, your cancellation for your airfare is to be handled directly with the airline making your flight arrangements and are subject to their conditions. 

SUGGESTED AMOUNT FOR PERSONAL EXPENSES.  Though personal spending habits vary widely, we suggest taking at least $500 - $750 for personal expenses.
