You do not have to be currently enrolled at SBCC, but you must enroll for the spring 2010 semester to participate in the Florence and Rome program. You do not have to be a communication or art major, and there is no Italian prerequisite.  By the time of application, you must have completed at least 12 college units with a grade point average of at least 2.5.  In addition, you are required to have completed English 110 (Composition and Reading) or equivalent with a grade of "C" or better.  You will be required to attend daily classes for three to four weeks prior to departure for Italy.

Program participants must be 18 years or older on or before the date of departure.
