TRAVEL & HOUSING

AIFS, the program contractor, will arrange for housing in single or twin rooms in homestays, with sheets and towels provided by the host and changed once per week. Breakfast and dinner are provided daily and lunch is also provided on Saturdays and Sundays. Two reasonable-sized loads of laundry will be washed per week. Typical travel time to the Study Center is 20-35 minutes by bike or by bus. Meals and housing will NOT be provided over the week-long Spring Break, but students will be able to leave their belongings in their homestay bedroom.

AIFS will also make group flight arrangements for students wishing to fly with the group (LAX -London-LAX). Students will be provided with more specific group flight information once they have been accepted into the program. Once airline tickets have been issued to students they can only be changed directly with the issuing agent. Agent and airline-imposed penalties may apply.
