* The total does not include a $200 refundable security deposit. Single accommodation supplement of $400 to be charged when available only in Paris. Availability will not be known until approximately 1-2 weeks prior to departure. Single rooms are limited and not available in Rome or on the excursions. |
The payment schedule is the applicant’s contractual obligation. Failure to make each payment when it is due shall automatically cancel participant from the program one week after payment due date. All payments are effective the day they are received by ACCENT San Francisco Center. ACCENT, in its sole discretion, may reinstate an applicant subject to availability of space and late enrollment fees. If you are accepted to the program after payment dates have passed, you are required to make the past due payment immediately.
Please do not send second and final
payments to the SBCC Study Abroad Office.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds. If you withdraw from the program, you must send notification in writing to ACCENT, 870 Market Street, Suite 1026, San Francisco, CA 94102, or by FAX (415) 835-3749, or by e-mail: info@accentintl.com and inform the SBCC Study Abroad Office. Your withdrawal is effective as of the date of receipt at the ACCENT office.
Cancellation penalties will be assessed according to the following schedule:
