TRAVEL & HOUSING
SBCC has contracted with Tour Resource Consultants to provide travel and housing arrangements for the Spain Summer Program. After you are accepted to the program, your non-refundable first payment check will be forwarded to them. You will register online with Tour Resource Consultants and receive housing and travel arrangement information from them.
Air Transportation.Tour Resource Consultants will provide a group flight at a cost of $1745 including all taxes and surcharges. You may make your own travel arrangements if you do not wish to travel with the group.

AIR DEVIATIONS:
Under certain circumstances, land and air deviations from the tour itinerary may be available. A deviation fee of $100, PLUS the cost of the change, must be paid at time of request. Once you have registered at Travel Resource Consultants' website, http://www.tourresource.com, more information is available in the member’s area on the link “Deviations.”
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
U.S. citizens are required to possess a valid passport for international travel. In some instances visas may be required. Holders of U.S. passports and passports of countries other than the United States should inquire about individual visa requirements from the consular offices of the countries in which they will be traveling. Tour Resource Consultants does not assume responsibility for obtaining passports or visas, nor responsibility if participants do not acquire the required documentation and must cancel participation in the program as a result. Cancellation fees stated above will still apply.
HOUSING. Lacunza International House language school arranges housing in home stays with Spanish families or in a student residence. The housing coordinator does the best job possible to place you with a compatible family. Not all your requests may be met. Please be flexible. Most Spanish families have hosted students in the past. Housing is based on double occupancy in a host families. For other housing options, the following additional fees will be assessed:

Housing on the Barcelona excursion is based on double or triple occupancy in a 3-star hotel. Private hotel accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
