HIGHLIGHTS
- Three to four hours per day of Spanish instruction (5 - 10 students per class) at the Lacunza International House language school
- Home stays with Spanish families or in student residence
- Six transferable semester units (equal to 9 UCSB quarter units)
- Weekend excursion to Barcelona
- Day excursions to places of historical interest such as Bilbao and Biarritz
- Attendance at cultural activities plus local visits to monuments, galleries, and museums
- Optional travel to other historic sites and countries after the program ends
