Deadline for Application: March 25, 2009. We encourage early application as the number of places in the program is limited. In addition, early application allows you more time to plan for the trip. Application forms are available from the Study Abroad Office, from the program directors, and from our website http://www.sbcc.edu/studyabroad/website/applications.php. A $450 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application. If you are not currently attending SBCC, you must enroll at SBCC for the duration of the program. You can enroll online at www.sbcc.edu/apply/ or attach an SBCC enrollment form to your application. If you apply after the application deadline, you can only be accepted on a space-available basis and the group flight or program costs cannot be guaranteed.
Payments. AIFS will send you information about payments. Payment must be received in full by April 27th, 2009. Please note that April 27th is not a postmark date, but the date by which funds must arrive in the AIFS Connecticut office. Do not send the final payment to the SBCC Study Abroad Office. AIFS reserves the right to withdraw you from the program if you have not paid in full by the final payment deadline.
