TENTATIVE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

PROGRAM PAYMENTS. It is your responsibility to make the final program payment by the due date. Students who fail to make the final payment by the due date may be dropped from the program. Final payment is to be paid to the SBCC Cashier in SS-150 ( Student Services Building). Please make checks payable to: Spain 2008 Trust Account or you may pay by credit card but your have to do so in person at the Cashier's Office. If you are accepted after payment date has passed, you are required to make the past due payment immediately.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. If you withdraw from the program prior to departure, please notify Prof. Ygualt and the Study Abroad Office.

If you are making your own flight plans, cancellations for your airfare are to be handled directly with the airline making your flight arrangements and are subject to their conditions. If you are flying with the group, the ticket is non-refundable. Cancellation penalties for program fees will be assessed according to the following schedule:
