Transportation. AIFS, the travel contractor for the program, will make group flight arrangements for you if you wish to fly with the group. You will receive more information about the group flight after being accepted to the program. You are responsible for making your own ground transportation arrangements to and from the airport from which the flight departs in the U.S.

On a space-available basis, students may purchase the optional transportation package consisting of international airfare (LAX to Paris, Munich to LAX) and round-trip transfers overseas between the airport and the housing in Paris and Munich for an additional $1315 excluding mandatory U.S. government and airline-imposed departure taxes, fees and fuel surcharges (estimated at $250) for which students will be billed separately. The group airfare rate can only be guaranteed for a minimum enrolment of 10 or more students taking this option.

AIFS will reserve spaces at the above prices according to information on the student application form. Once airline tickets have been issued to students they can only be changed directly with the issuing agent – agent and airline-imposed penalties apply.

AIFS cannot arrange airline tickets for students applying after Tuesday 22nd April 2008.

Housing. AIFS will provide the following accommodations:

• Housing in twin and triple studios in central Paris.  Each studio has bathroom, kitchen and Internet facilities.  There is a cleaning service once a week.
• Six-nights accommodation in a centrally located tourist class hotel in twin rooms with en suite facilities and daily continental breakfast while in Munich.
