It is your responsibility to make payments by the due dates. Students who fail to make the final payment by the due date may be dropped from the program. If you are receiving financial aid for the Spain program, please see Carola Smith, Director of SBCC Study Abroad, for adjusted payment deadlines. Final payment is to be paid to the SBCC Cashier in SS-150 (Student Services Building). Please make checks payable to: Spain 2007 Trust Account. Write your Social Security number on your check. The SBCC Cashier accepts payment on Visa and MasterCard; however, payment by credit card must be done in person. If you are accepted after payment dates have passed, you are required to make the past due payment immediately.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you must withdraw from the program prior to departure, please notify Prof. Eggler and the Study Abroad Office. Cancellation penalties for program fees will be assessed according to the following schedule. Cancellations in your airfare are to be handled directly with the airline making your flight arrangements and are subject to their refund policies.
