Welcome to SBCC Men's Tennis
Santa Barbara men’s tennis has a strong reputation for excellence in the classroom and on the courts. The Vaquero men captured the first State Championship team in the SBCC tennis program.
Since the 1970s, SBCC has produced strong, competitive squads that focus on the overall effort of the student-athlete as opposed to the outcome. Student-athletes are challenged, in a positive and supportive environment, to strive for their individual and team goals. Developing a strong character is a key component of SBCC’s model of success.
Don Lowry, who had great success as the men's tennis coach at UCSB, is in his fourth season as coach of the Vaqueros.
Matches are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the season.
