Announce and attach college flyers and bulletins of upcoming activities to circulated attendance roster.

 

Description of activity or assignment

Attach flyers and copies of e-mail announcements of upcoming college-wide activities to my circulated sign-in roster. I draw their attention to these and encourage participation.

 

Materials needed

Sign-in roster. Flyers which arrive in the mail or via the college memorandum. Copy of e-mail announcements.

 

Procedure

I take attendance by circulating the class roster so it is easy to attach announcements to this roster.
