Time deprivation or time shortages are common problems in adult life. There are only 24 hours to a day, only 168 hours to a week, and close to a third of our life time is consumed by sleep. In this context, managing our time wisely is very important to our successes and happiness in college and life. In addition to the suggestions provided in the Time Management Scale, especially with regard to the value of setting daily, weekly and semester goals, the following pie chart and weekly scheduler are useful in planning and organizing the time we do have.
