Our team of Alcohol and Drug Counseling Interns are available to meet with you in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
ASAP is a free and confidential program to help students who are concerned or have questions about their alcohol and/or drug use.
Trained interns meet with students one on one, or with a friend, partner, or family member.
The Effects of Alcohol & Drugs on Mental Health
A person may experience any or all of the following with prolonged use of alcohol and other drugs:
- Depression
- Irritibility
- Anxiety or worry
- Unhappiness
- Self Neglect
- Extreme emotional highs and lows
- Paranoia
- Feeling "numb"
