The SBCC Information Technology department provides multimedia support for events that take place on campus. To request IT support for your event, complete all sections of this form.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR REQUEST AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE WE CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS. Requests submitted after that period run this risk of not having technology or support personnel available for your event.

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this form does NOT schedule the room, location, or facilities for your event. This form is for event technology support requests only.

SBCC sponsored events must have the room(s) reserved by the Scheduling office (http://www.sbcc.edu/scheduling/).
Community, business, non-profit, and other non-SBCC events must be scheduled and reserved by the Community Services department (http://www.sbcc.edu/communityservices/communityspecialevents.php).

When scheduling your event, you must add a minimum of 2 hours to your room booking — 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.

PLEASE NOTE: The IT department does NOT have equipment suitable to support LIVE MUSIC. For events with live music performances, please bring your own equipment (mics, amplifiers, PA, etc.) or contract with an outside company to provide equipment and support.
