Apply and Register for SBCC Classes at my High School

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During our Covid19 remote operations, we are available by chat and phone during working hours, or email at any time. Dual Enrollment forms can be submitted online, but still require manual verification that can take up to 5-7 working days.

The Dual Enrollment Program currently offers classes at Bishop Diego, Carpinteria, Dos Pueblos, San Marcos, and Santa Barbara High Schools. Each semester we offer over 100 courses that are college level, general education courses and others that introduce students to different career pathways. Many of our classes are CSU and/or UC transferable. The classes can assist you in receiving a Certificate or Associate's Degree from SBCC or transferring to a four year university!

A few tips before you get started

  • All steps need to be completed in the order listed as each step builds on the previous.
  • Use the tutorials and guides in each section to avoid errors and prevent delays

STEPS TO COMPLETE:

1. CHECK YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE/ MEET WITH YOUR H.S. COUNSELOR

Meet with your high school counselor to review current course offerings. You can select a course as part of your high school's course request process.* DO NOT self-register through Pipeline. You will be registered by SBCC's Dual Enrollment office once all your steps to  enrollment are complete.  in order to ensure prompt registration.

2. APPLY TO FOR ADMISSIONS TO SBCC

Apply for admission to SBCC as a Dual Enrollment Student. The SBCC APP GUIDE below will help you answer application questions as they relate to dual enrollment students. If you are currently taking an SBCC class, your application is still valid. Skip this Step.
