SBCC Assessment Appointment

Please Note: Appointments are not required for drop-in testing in the Computer Lab. Appointments are required for Saturday paper/pencil exams and for Two-Day Event exams.

This form will be submitted to the Assessment Office, who will then email you an assessment appointment confirmation within one (1) business day, which must be presented at the test. Your name will be entered into the official roster, which will be checked at testing. Confirmations (E-tickets) are non-transferable.

Appointments are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit this form at least one (1) week prior to your requested test date. You must apply to SBCC before scheduling an appointment.
